Because each product is personalized and produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized items.

At Jersey For You, we specialize in custom-made and personalized sports jerseys. Every order is produced specifically according to the customer’s selected design, size, color combination, name, number, logo placement, and other customization preferences.
Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, they cannot be resold or reused once produced. For this reason, we maintain a strict No Returns and No Refunds policy on customized products, except in limited circumstances outlined below.

No Returns on Customised Products
All customized and personalized items are:
- Non-returnable
- Non-refundable
- Non-exchangeable
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Jerseys with printed names or numbers
- Custom team logos
- Sublimation printing designs
- Special color combinations
- Modified sizing or bulk team orders
- Any product manufactured according to customer-provided artwork or instructions
Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Customer Responsibility Before Order Confirmation
Customers are fully responsible for:
- Selecting the correct size
- Verifying spelling of names
- Confirming jersey numbers
- Reviewing design proofs (if provided)
- Checking logo placement and colors
- Ensuring all customization details are accurate
We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the design or confirmation stage.
Exceptions – Manufacturing Errors or Defects
We will only offer a replacement (not a refund) under the following conditions:
We made a clear production mistake
The product has a verified manufacturing defect
The item was damaged during delivery
The finished product differs from the approved order confirmation
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Include your order number and details
After inspection and verification, we may:
- Reproduce and replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Provide a partial resolution if deemed appropriate
Refunds will not be issued unless replacement is impossible.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled:
- Before production has started
Once design approval is completed or printing has begun, cancellation is not permitted.
If cancellation is approved before production:
Any design work already completed may be charge
Payment gateway fees may be deducted
Shipping returns
Due to the customized nature of our products:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer does not qualify for return or exchange
- We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order
Shipping & Delivery
If unsure, customers should contact us prior to confirming the order.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier services
- Customs clearance delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any product returned without prior written approval:
